As Utah's population grows and as the popularity of skiing in Utah also increases, traffic in Utah's canyons will only get worse and worse. Discussions are underway among Utah's decision makers about what to to resolve the traffic issues in Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon.

One of the main things you can do to reduce your traffic footprint in the canyons is to take a shared shuttle service from the SLC airport to Little Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts, especially if you'll be flying in from out of state.
