Skiing Tips For Beginners

Many people dream of making a ski trip to Salt Lake City, UT or Park City, UT. One of the things that deters many people from making this trip is the fact that they have never really learned how to ski! Don't worry, we've compile some resources in this post that will help you know where you can go to learn the basics of skiing. Check out the helpful resources that are linked to at the end of this post. Be sure to watch the Utah skiing videos, as they will inspire you to come and conquer the slopes!

Before we get to those resources, just another reminder that Utah has had a great snow season. The snow levels we've had are truly remarkable. Skiers in Utah will be able to ski for at least a few more months before the snow melts to the point where skiing in Utah isn't realistic. The point being, be grateful for the fantastic snow we have!

Snow Storm Shuts Down Many Utah Services

Utah had its biggest snow storm of the season this morning. Many school districts closed down school and government agencies will be opening late. The valleys have received at least six inches of snow. The Utah mountain ski resorts have certainly received over a foot of fresh snow. Utah skiers and snowboarders will love this new storm.
