Summer Ski Workouts

We are now in the summer season, meaning we are in the thick of the wait until next ski season. While it can be challenging to go several months without experiencing the  greatest snow on earth  in Utah, there are things you need to do during that time off. Skiing in Utah can be so much fun. If you haven't had the chance to experience it yet, be sure to start making plans for the next ski season. The most important thing, of course, is to stay in great shape. Too many people start the Utah ski season in horrid shape, so they aren't able to enjoy the first few months of snowfall. We've compiled several resources below to help you learn how and why to stay in shape during the  Utah skiing off season . While you are doing these workouts, start brainstorming about how you are going to get from the  Salt Lake City Airport to Utah canyon areas . You'll want to consider a  reliable shuttle from the airport to Little Cottonwood Canyon.

June Has Arrived In Utah! Go on a Utah Adventure!

​The first full week of June has come to a close.  The snow is melting and mountains are becoming more green and grassy. Flowers are in full bloom and soon the gardens of Utah will start to florish. Take advantage of this change in the weather to visit  Utah's national parks  or  beautiful mountains . Utah has five national parks and countless mountains to explore. What was your last trip to Utah like? What did you learn? Where did you explore? What adventures did you have? If you need a  transportation option from Salt Lake City International Airport to Utah's mountains , consider riding with a shared shuttle service. Traffic and road construction in Utah can get awful at this time of year. Save yourself the trouble and ride with a  shuttle service to Little Cottonwood Canyon  or wherever else you want to go.
