Summer Ski Workouts

We are now in the summer season, meaning we are in the thick of the wait until next ski season. While it can be challenging to go several months without experiencing the greatest snow on earth in Utah, there are things you need to do during that time off.

Skiing in Utah can be so much fun. If you haven't had the chance to experience it yet, be sure to start making plans for the next ski season.

The most important thing, of course, is to stay in great shape. Too many people start the Utah ski season in horrid shape, so they aren't able to enjoy the first few months of snowfall.
