Utah Ski Resorts No Longer Open With the Start of Hotter Weather

It's no secret that Utah is getting hotter. The temperature has reached the mid-90s. After a mild spring and early summer, the snow has finally melted to the point of making skiing impossible in Utah.

If you had been planning a ski trip to Utah, don't cancel your flights yet. You can still travel to Utah and participate in a wide variety of summertime activities. Make sure you are aware of Salt Lake Airport shuttle options.

Utah had its biggest snow storm of the season this morning. Many school districts closed down school and government agencies will be opening late. The valleys have received at least six inches of snow. The Utah mountain ski resorts have certainly received over a foot of fresh snow. Utah skiers and snowboarders will love this new storm.
